The gallery is happy to announce an upcoming exhibition by Danish artist Rune Bering (b. 1984, Copenhagen), opening 15 June.
Bering’s practice ranges from sculpture and installations to time-based media and prints. His work focusses on conceptions of nature and social behaviour to show how these are linked to the infrastructures of digital culture.
Bering holds an MA from The Royal Danish Academy (2013). His work has been exhibited widely in Denmark and internationally, at Den Frie Udstillingsbygning, Ringsted Galleriet, Koenigzwei (Vienna), Augustenborg, Charlottenborg Kunsthal, inter.pblc, and OK Corral. His works have been published in Pist Protta, Politikken, Supertanker, and included in the collection of Statens Kunstfond.
