Amanda Lydért & Frederik Nystrup-Larsen I Duo Exhibition

The gallery is happy to announce 'Landscape is a Verb', an upcoming collaborative exhibition by Amanda Lydért and Frederik Nystrup-Larsen.

The exhibition is a part of the artists' ongoing concept 'Import/export', working from universal phenomena manifested in various locations through site-specific installations. 'Landscape is a Verb' is the final site-specific instalment departing from the duo's work whilst in residence in Havana, Cuba in January of this year. An earlier instalment of the exhibition was on view at Servando Gallery in Havana between February - March.

Amanda Lydért (b. 1994, Denmark) graduated from RCA in 2022 with an MA in Fine Art, Critical Practice Department. Her practice is influenced by aesthetic theory and material culture, dealing primarily with text, digital print, video and sculptural installation. Frederik Nystrup-Larsen's (b. 1992, Denmark) practice is marked by a cross-aesthetic approach, evident in paintings, sculptures and text-based pieces that address functions of translation in relation to poetry. He obtained his MA in Fine Arts, Sculpture Department from RCA in 2020. Nystrup-Larsen is represented by V1 Gallery.
